Our Story
In July 2025, lifelong blue-collar entrepreneurs Jordann and Loren Schendel turned their passion for rural life into Schendel Land Management LLC. After welcoming twins, they decided to build a true family business—combining Loren’s decades of farming, trucking and heavy-equipment experience with Jordann’s dedication to agriculture, business operations and customer care. Today, they bring hands-on expertise and small-town values to every project, treating your land as carefully as their own.
